We've reached a pretty major milestone in the life of the CrackBerry app — you can now search for stories. And for forum threads. And for individual posts. Basically you can search for all the things.
And if it seems like this has been a long time coming, well, it has. When you're working with custom apps and custom back-ends and all the various parts that go into this sort of thing, it can take a little while. But that's also why we're super excited to finally roll this out. And it's not just for our app — the entire fleet of Mobile Nations apps has been updated.
If it's been a while since you've updated — and we know there are a lot of you out there who don't keep your apps updated like you should — then you might find a few more new features have made their way into production. We've got a floating action button to make commenting easier than ever. We've got app invites — so you can tell all your friends to use our apps! And we've got a ton of fixes behind the scenes. So be sure to update now!
What's next, you ask? Plenty. We've got more under-the-hood fixes that need to be done. Notifications are still in the works. Expect a decent redesign at some point. We'll update the podcast playback controls. And, of course, we'll have more cowbell. (Do we have any cowbell currently? Note to self: More cowbell.)
As always, thanks for giving our apps a shot. They're a great way to experience everything all of the Mobile Nations sites have to offer. If you've yet to try our apps, give 'em a shot! And if you have a free minute, we'd love for you to leave a review in Google Play.
Now go forth and search!

CrackBerry website migration happening this Saturday - DONE
Today is 2/22/22, which has put the number TWO in my head and made me realize it has been a minute or two since I've updated everyone on CrackBerry 2.0 relaunch progress.
