If you can't find the answer to a BlackBerry Motion problem here on CrackBerry, you can also take a look through the BlackBerry Help app. You can browse through categories of information, learn features through interactive exercises, and troubleshoot common issues.
The Help app is found by default in the Getting Started folder on the main home screen. Once open, tapping the title bar at the top will give you a look at broad topic areas. Just below the title bar are shortcuts to the more popular topics. Tapping the magnifying glass in the top-right will let you type in a search for a specific query.
Once you've found a help article that addresses your problem, you can swipe up and down to read it, or tap the three dots in the top-right to share the article (by e-mail to someone who needs help, for example). Some entries will have a "Try it Now" button that you can tap to practice techniques talked about in the article. These interactive articles have a graduation cap icon next to them, and are grouped together under the Tutorials and demos section.
After running through those tutorials, you should have the foundation for getting things done with the BlackBerry Motion.
