Have you been having issues with adding a PayPal account to BlackBerry World on your BlackBerry 10 smartphone where it throws an error stating 'We ran into a problem while processing your request. Please try again later.'? If so, BlackBerry has now released a new update to the BlackBerry Payment Options app which should resolve the problem according to the BlackBerry Knowledge Base.

- Download and install the latest version of the BlackBerry World Payment Options app. To update the Payment Options app, from the browser of the BlackBerry 10 smartphone visit the following URL: http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/59992049
The update is small, coming in at only 1.3MB to download and is meant for devices running BlackBerry 10.3.1 and up. Hit the download link above to get it installed and remember, it has to be done from the BlackBerry 10 browser as it will launch BlackBerry World. A search for the app won't turn up any results, it has to be directly linked.
