You must have had a fundamentally different customer service experience than I did. This is the fellow who sent a curt reply without any real explanation, then promptly ignored further requests for info and a request for a refund.
Power Tools was a big problem and the geotagging was a battery hog. Uninstalled, and I'll never order another product from this guy.

I have found him brusque but generally responsive. When I said I had problems with PowerBot, he simply told me to uninstall it.
