Our BlackBerry devices offer a high level of security, whether it be for communications, password protection or encrypting files on our SD Card. Tital Files takes that level of protection one step further. Not only does it hide and encrypt files stored on your handset but it does so by employing AES Encryption. This method is approved by the National Security Agency and other worldwide agencies for keeping classified information secure.
If you wish to keep files from prying eyes or want to safeguard your personal files if your device is lost or stolen it gives an extra layer of protection to keep information from ending up in the wrong hands.
All files placed within Titan Files are encrypted and no longer appear in searches via File Manager. However, they can be opened, viewed, renamed or moved to a different location from within the app itself. At this time only individual files (including zip files) are importable as there is no folder support.
The interface is clean and easy to use. There are no confusing menus or buttons to press. Simply input your password, import, and the process is complete. As everything is accessible in one place, you could place your most used files in there for quick access.
The only thing I recommend is backing up your data on your computer. If the application is uninstalled the files will no longer be accessible.
This application is priced at $2.99 for all BlackBerry 10 devices.
