BlackBerry is shutting down its BBM Meetings service, just 15 months after it launched in November 2014. BBM Meetings, which offered customers access to video and voice conferences for BlackBerry 10, iOS, Android, Windows and Mac platforms, will be shuttered on Feb. 10, 2016.

BBM Meetings made official, offers high-quality collaboration on the go

As expected, BBM Meetings has been made official. The conferencing solution allows users on BlackBerry 10, Android, Mac and Windows PC to have high-quality video & voice conferences on the go while leveraging the great collaboration tools that BlackBerry provides. BBM chats can become meetings with just a tap and meetings can be started right from your mobile device.

The service is available now for $12.50 per host / per month — a free 30-day trial is available as well. In addition to Android and BlackBerry 10, BBM Meetings will also be heading to iOS soon as well.
