Are you still having issues logging into BBM based on the problems that arose recently? For the most part, BBM has started working perfectly fine for many folks but if you find you're still having issues, your best bet at this point is to reach out to BBM directly to have them get your account back to working order, as per an email sent to us from BBM here's what happened and how to get it fixed!

A message from BBM:

We understand that some users were unfortunately locked out of their BBM accounts last week. The cause of this was a Data Split between Consumer Users and Enterprise Users of BBM. Users that were primarily affected were either previously BlackBerry Enterprise users, or had previously signed up for BlackBerry Enterprise services.

Presently, if you are an affected user, please send your BBM PIN/BBID/email address associated with your BBID to support @, and we will work to restore your account as soon as possible. We thank you again for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.

There you have it. That's the easiest, fastest and best way to get your account back to working order if you're still among the few unable to access BBM currently. Unfortunate that it just couldn't be fully fixed for everyone without interaction, but at least there is a fix and process in place.
