Although this one likely won't come as much of a surprise to anyone who has been paying attention, it might help ease some minds of those waiting. Rogers has now updated their upcoming OS release form that gets posted to their community forums and according to the list, all BlackBerry 10 devices they sell or have sold will be updated at some point in time this month.
Of course, that echoes BlackBerry's own comments provided during the launch of the BlackBerry Classic and what they've been advising through their help but channels, but it's nice to see it laid out. What would be nicer would be to see is it actually start being pushed but alas, there's still lots of 'February' left plus, mind the disclaimer.
PS: Rogers has never sold the Z3, hence it being not listed. Z3 owners will have to look towards their own carriers for those updates but yes, 10.3.1 will be coming to that device as well.
