If the unboxing of the red BlackBerry Passport wasn't enough of a look at the device, you can now check out some fresh photos. Rather than just posting pictures though, I figured I'd add some context here. For the most part, it's a BlackBerry Passport in red so nothing has changed but for the curious out there, here's some things I noticed.
- It came pre-loaded with OS 10.3.0.1418
- Due to the back being different from the black version, it's a bit slippery and I'm certainly going to be using a hardshell case with it.
- Build quality is great. Color is in all the right places, buttons are all nicely placed.
- Keyboard buttons look a little tighter on the device.
- Keyboard back light seems brighter on my red than on my black.
That's probably more than anyone needs to know or even cares about, but you never know. In any case, have a look through the shots below and sing out in the comments if you do have any questions. If you're looking for a red BlackBerry Passport of your own, you can still snag one from Amazon.com, right now.
