Look, we know there has been a lot of confusion out there about how exactly, the BlackBerry PlayBook will run Android apps and all but when retailers start sending out emails with images of the BlackBerry PlayBook running Honeycomb -- we're pretty positive that doesn't help clear the air any. As noted in the image above, the folks at Mac Mall of all places have seemingly got their OS' mixed up or they're aware of something we're not. Either way, don't expect Honeycomb on your BlackBerry PlayBook just yet, considering Google hasn't even released the source code for it. We have however heard some details about it running Gingerbread currently.
