Have you ever wanted to share a tweet or Instagram photo smack-dab in the middle of a forum post? If you have, today is your lucky day! We've just added a new feature to our forums that allow you to easily embed tweets or Instagram content directly into your posts.
To get started, all you need to do is reply to a post or start a new thread in any of our forums. When you do so, you'll see two new buttons in your editor (pictured below). Click the Twitter button to insert a tweet, or the Instagram button to insert an Instagram picture or video.
Instructions are located within each popup window to help guide you along.
Now I can already hear some saying 'Hold on a tick, I don't see these buttons on my device!? What gives!?' At this time the Twitter and Instagram buttons are found in the FULL desktop version of our forums only.
If you prefer the mobile version of our forums, you'll want to click the 'Full Site' link at the bottom of the page to view the full site, enabling the fully featured post editor.
Hope to see lots of tweets and Instagram photos lining the forums from here on out. Have fun!
