If you follow me on twitter (@crackberrykevin), you may have caught my tweet this past Friday saying Sweet... Am co-authoring BlackBerry Storm 2 for Dummies! Any tips you think I should work in be sure to send em to me. Yep, Wiley's next BlackBerry Storm for Dummies book is already in the works, and this time around I'm joining authors Rob Kao and Dante Sarigumba on the mission. This edition will of course cover the yet-to-be-released next-generation BlackBerry Storm 9550/9520, and in breaking it down the learning process as only a Dummies book can do I'll be littering the copy with lots of CrackBerry tips and tricks to help new users get the most out of their BlackBerry investment. Stay tuned and we'll be sure to let you know when it hits store shelves.
Tech Editor Wanted: Now here's an opportunity for a CrackBerry.com reader. We're looking for a tech editor! The task is straight forward. As we complete chapters, the tech editor needs to read them through and verify on his/her BlackBerry that everything we have written in the book is dead on. To qualify for the position, you'll want to be a BlackBerry Storm 9530 or 9500 owner/user/expert and have considerable BlackBerry knowledge. If you think you have what it takes, be sure to email in your "BlackBerry Resume" ASAP to blackberryfordummies @ gmail.com. The chosen tech editor will get their name inside the front cover and also receive some $$ for the time and effort. Good luck!
