While the BlackBerry KEYone doesn't have nearly as much bloatware as many other top phones, it may still have some apps that you don't intend to use. Many apps — including those you installed yourself — can be uninstalled fully, but some others can still be disabled even if they (technically) remain on the device itself. Here's how to make it happen!

How to Disable or Uninstall Apps on the BlackBerry KEYone

  1. Swipe down from the top of the home screen and tap the gear icon to enter your settings.

  2. Scroll down and tap Apps

  3. Tap the app you wish to uninstall or disable, then tap either DISABLE or UNINSTALL.

That's all there is to it! System apps won't give you the option to uninstall, so you'll only be able to disable those if they aren't in use. Always be careful of what you choose to disable however as some apps may be required for certain functions on your device.
