When setting up your BlackBerry KEY2, the setup process offers you the option to add your fingerprints but if you skip it, here are the steps to add it later.

  • Swipe down and tap on the Settings gear
  • Tap Security & Locations
  • Tap Fingerprint
  • Punch in PIN number
  • Add your fingerprint

With the way the system works, you can add more than one fingerprint. For example, your right hand and your left hand. Just continue to tap the Add Fingerprint button to repeat the process of finger registration. Additionally, you can also use your fingerprint to authorize purchases and app access such as Locker.
