The rebooted DuckTales series from Disney XD premiered this weekend, but if you missed it, you can now go ahead and get yourself caught up. The first double-episode special "Woo-oo" is now available for free on Google Play.
Strap in for high-flying adventures with Duckburg's most famous trillionaire Scrooge McDuck, his mischief-making triplet grandnephews; Huey, Dewey and Louie, temperamental nephew Donald Duck and the rest of the McDuck Manor team.
After a long overdue family reunion reunites Scrooge with his nephew, grandnephews and epic past, the family of ducks dive into a life more exciting than they could have ever imagined.
Enthralled by the wonder of McDuck Manor, the triplets along with Mrs. Beakley's granddaughter, Webby, learn of long-kept family secrets and unleash totems from Scrooge's epic past, sending the family on daring escapades around the world!
The DuckTales reboot kicks off with a 45-minute double episode and is great for newcomers to Duckberg as well as folks who took in the original DuckTales series that aired between 1987 and 1990. The new series takes on new styling but brings back many of the beloved characters such as Scrooge McDuck, Webby, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Launchpad McQuack and Donald Duck and more!
In addition to offering the episode available for free on Google Play, you can also stream it directly from the Disney XD YouTube page if you live in a supported region. Have you watched the rebooted series yet or are you planning to? If so, let us know in the comments. I thought it was pretty awesome, especially David Tennant as Scrooge, but I'm a pretty huge DuckTales fan.
