I'll be honest with you and say that when I got the request to review FlyFly Up for BlackBerry 10 smartphones I wasn't initially very excited about it due to it's description in BlackBerry World. That said, I thought I would plough on and give it a go and for a free game it's actually pretty good.
The concept is real simple - you take on the role of Elliot who is an ant in a spaceship - nothing random there right? The display on your BlackBerry is divided into four segments - each with a different color. As Elliot travels through space colored lines will drop down from the screen and it's your job to tap one of the four segments to ensure that the color of the spaceship matches the line.
Sounds pretty easy doesn't it and it is to start, but as you'll see in the video - as you progress those lines drop down faster and faster meaning the game is a real rest of your reflexes.
Sure, it's not the best game in the world, but maybe a great time killer for on the commute to work etc. And with it being available for all BlackBerry 10 devices and free it's well worth giving it a go if you ask me.
