If you're a heavy Facebook user and looking to do some beta testing, it's time to fire up the BlackBerry Beta Zone app. A new version of Facebook for BlackBerry has now arrived and is ready for download. According to the change log, this release (v10.4.30.6) focuses up 'many newsfeed improvements' and has 'multiple bug fixes', which all sounds very promising. It doesn't appear to be showing however if you have BlackBerry 10.3.1 installed, so keep that in mind if you do not see it. You might need to roll back to an 'official' OS release.

BBM for BlackBerry 10 gets a beta update
If you're using a BlackBerry 10 smartphone and you have a Beta Zone account, then this one is for you. There is a beta update available for BBM. There isn't much to the update, but it's always nice to see app updates come along.
Facebuck for Facebook from Nemory Studios
Since BlackBerry announced the original Facebook app for BlackBerry 10 would be moving to a web-based experience, there have been many alternative Facebook apps that have come out. We're getting together a nice roundup of all of them, but another addition to that list has now landed from Nemory Oliver, the developer behind Face10, named Facebuck.

While the official Twitter for BlackBerry 10 app hasn't been updated in months now, the fine folks at Kisai Labs have no problem with keeping Blaq for BlackBerry 10 updates rolling. A new update has arrived in the BlackBerry Beta Zone and is now available to download.
