Growing up one of my favorite brainstorming activities was word search puzzles. There's nothing more fun than searching through the grid of jumbled letters to discover the ones you need. Fraser Hay has decided to take that classic game and add a Halloween twist with Spooky Search for the BlackBerry PlayBook.
Each puzzle presents you with a list of Halloween themed words on a tombstone that you must swipe to select in the scattered game board below. It's filled with creepy Halloween sounds and graphics and as you glide your finger across the screen to reveal the hidden words bats and witches fly around screeching and cackling.
While children will certainly love the effects and the music, this is fun for the whole family. Spooky Search may be simple but it offers a smooth interface, is entertaining, is great for passing the time on Halloween, and is free to download.
