Keep track of your notes and schedule with College Notes

While it has been quite a few years since my college days, that doesn't mean my recollection of the chaos that ensued in the classroom faded. Having to adjust to a syllabus and varying lecture and discussion schedules can be daunting. However, if you are three Greek students it is as simple as attending a BlackBerry Jam Camp in Madrid.

It offers a rather straightforward and simple UI with no extra menus or options to go through. Teachers and students alike have the option of creating notes about their course sessions or track their daily schedule and lessons. Both the notes and program category integrate with the Remember and Calendar application respectively so your information is never lost and takes full advantage of the BlackBerry 10 framework. Accordingly, this translates into the fact that College Notes creates a new notebook in Remember and recurring appointments in your Calendar.

These developers are new to the BlackBerry platform and it is nice to see such enthusiasm and dedication as demonstrated in their promo video. I do see this as a supplemental tool for students as it is not meant for everyone.

They are already working on their next project and on implementing updates for this application as well. I do see it as being useful for the group it's directed too and as 'Built for BlackBerry' application it is free to download for all BlackBerry 10 handsets.
