The latest BlackBerry KEY2 software update has now started to roll out across several regions and device variants. Coming in at around 70MB, the update is noted to be build ACI448 and contains all the December Android security patches. You can check this list to see if it has appeared for your variant yet, or go ahead and check for updates.
- Go to Settings
- Go to System
- Tap on System Updates
- Check for updates
Once installed, your Android security patch level will show as December 5, 2019. Keep in mind, updates are rolled out by device variant, so if you do not see it yet, you'll have to sit tight, and if you purchased your device from a carrier, you're bound to their update schedule instead.
