BlackBerry today announced an expanded partnership with Vodafone that will see the organization offer BlackBerry AtHoc to its business and government customers in the UK with Greater Manchester Police and Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service having already making use of the emergency alert and crisis communications solution.
