Howdy CrackBerry readers. The second week of #MobileFit Month is coming to a close so I must ask how are your fitness goals fairing? Remember there is still time to check out the helpful posts, browse the forums for some tips and tricks, or get in on the FitBit Challenge!

Just because it's Friday the 13th doesn't mean we can't have some fun and check out all of the picks I have for you this week by clicking through the gallery below. If your favorite did not make the cut this week, remember you can help by offering your suggestions at the end.

Bubble Bash Mania by Gameloft

For those of you rocking legacy devices then this game gives you 200 levels of bubble-bashing entertainment. With all of the different bubble games I've amassed over the years you would think it would get tiring. This free game takes you across ten exotic locations to solve puzzles and match bubbles as a solo player or connect with Facebook to compete against your friends. The controls are easy to use, the puzzles challenging, and it is a decent game to pass the time.

CChecker by Nagy Computer Consultants Inc.

I've always say our App Announcement forums are a great place to discover apps and how you can always find something you wouldn't normally expect there. In this case I came across CChecker. Now while this is not one that would be used on a daily basis, it aids in cases where you might want to verify if a website is down for everyone or a problem on your end. This native application tests the web address inputted and once completed, displays the results. Available for all BlackBerry 10 devices it is free to download and has earned its Built for BlackBerry designation.

WallExpo by Marco Bavagnoli

From the developer behind Avatart and SuperTube comes this useful photography tool. What this application accomplishes is offer you a chance to have a slideshow run on your screen while charging. When you plug your device into the USB you can select not only photos on your SD and device memory and select transitions, but choose the background music that plays along with it as well from your audio library. In addition, this is a headless application that when your device is not fully charged will display a notification to begin the show. What more could you possibly want from an application? You can download this awesome app for free and it supports all BlackBerry 10 handsets. Permissions wise, it asks to access Shared Files, BBM, Device Identifying Information, and Run in Background. While the app is free, there is an in-app purchase to unlock the full version for $.99.

Quicker by bbDeveloper

As BlackBerry fans it is all about productivity and getting things done quicker. Say no more with this application. It allows users to operate commonly used functions in a quick and direct way including the use of direct shortcuts. There are three parts to this application. The first is all about quick communication and provides shortcuts to telephone, short message, email, and commonly used contacts to name a few. The second, quick start, provides access to common functions such as NFC, battery, display, alarm, and BlackBerry World. The third and final section, call vibration, alerts you when a phone call is connected or disconnected. This is an impressive application for accessing your commonly used features and functions on a daily basis, especially for power users. I dare say I'm reminded of Quick Launch when I see this. This useful tool is $.99 to purchase. It requires permissions to access your Shared Files, Phone, and Contacts.
