Alerts Master - You can set filters for incoming calls, SMS and emails. You can preview new emails without going into messages list and opening emails. Normally, BlackBerry LED blinks in Red color for all types of events and you always have to read the screen to know what kind of event it is. Alerts Master allows you to set unique LED colors for various events. For incoming calls, normally phone vibrates first and then starts ringtone. It does not vibrate and ring in parallel. Alerts Master can do that.

Normally, you can not set alerts for specific contacts, other than for incoming phone calls.
