Although it's arriving a bit late, AT&T has now released the February security update to BlackBerry KEYone owners, who purchased their device from AT&T. Labeled as ABR128, the update is a light download, coming in at only 70MB.
If you haven't already got the notification, you can go ahead and check for updates, and it should be there waiting for you. As it's a standard security update, once installed your security patch level should show February 5, 2019.
