Yet another banking application has hit App World overnight. This time it is for the Co-Operative bank. Whilst the Co-Op may not be the biggest bank in the UK, it is encouraging to see another application of this sort being supported by BlackBerry. I presume this must be due to the strength of the BlackBerry operating system in the UK.
The app comes with all the usual features of a mobile banking application:
- Check your account balances
- Mini statements
- Setup weekly balance and account limit text alerts
- Find the nearest Co-operative Bank or Britannia Branch and any Co-operative Bank cash machine
- Important telephone numbers created for the mobile App
The app supports OS5, BlackBerry 6 & BlackBerry 7 devices.
