BlackBerry's efforts to get BlackBerry Radar in front of more fleet managers paid off today as American Trucking Associations announced they had named BlackBerry as the newest ATA Featured Product Provider of the ATA Business Solutions Featured Product program.
"Our members are constantly on the hunt for new ways to maximize the use and profitability of their assets," said ATA President and CEO Chris Spear. "By deploying products like BlackBerry Radar, fleet managers will find themselves with a wealth of near-real time data that they can use to make smarter decisions for their businesses, and save time, money and resources in the process. We look forward to helping more of our members explore what BlackBerry Radar can do for their businesses."
Discussing the announcement, Christopher Platt, senior vice president, and general manager of BlackBerry Radar, BlackBerry noted:
"We're thrilled to be recognized by the American Trucking Associations as a Featured Product Provider as now more members will learn how advanced trailer and asset monitoring using BlackBerry Radar can improve the efficiency of their fleet operations; something which is absolutely critical in our hypercompetitive industry."
This recognition adds to the already large list of partners across the 2,800+ heavy-duty truck dealerships across North America where BlackBerry Radar is currently being offered. You can read the full announcement here, or learn more about BlackBerry Radar right here.
