Rene when you said by the time you looked up, it's in the middle of the afternoon and you have to do "something" else. That "something" sounds like "lunch" to me. LOL.
And then I get back to my computer after lunch and then when I look up, that "something" becomes "dinner". That's a ferocious cycle.

Tech and fitness? Come on. Just put on your shoes and go for a run or hit the gym. Don't make it more difficult than it has too be.

The Zen and Tech podcasts were a great "find" for me... Mobile Nations fitness month brought them to my attention. Keep up the good work.
