Laid off in January...new job end of March...had to cut some spending to climb out of debt. Just hurts as an engineer to be relegated down to a basic phone again. Help me get back in the saddle again...seriously there is nothing more debilitating than rocking the same phone as my wife. LG Cosmos II??? I didn't like the 9981 when I first saw pictures, but then I saw the actual device in a Porsche store in Vegas, and immediately loved it. I'm too cheap to buy one, tho! :-)

I would love a P'9981! It would me amazing to try out the very first porsche design blackberry. My onyx 9700 is turning 3 years old this year and I would love to switch to a new device and let my onyx retire. I've never had a touch screen bb or OS 7 device before so it would be a whole new experience for me. I'm a fan of crackberry so this phone will mean so much to me, especially if you sign the box. I promise you if I can have your P'9981 I will take good care of it like my onyx. It had only 1 scratch for 3 years. Please let me have this phone.

Holy Porsche! I want one simply because it looks so ugly but it so irrisitably special and unique!

Kevin my favourite soccer club has lost the league to our oldest rivals and sunk into administration after 140 years of history, my wife lost her job and worst of all my storm 11 is on the blink! Hi Kevin! My first and only Blackberry phone is a 8520 Curve. It's been the best phone I've had. It's pretty well loved. When the playbook came out I had to pair it with my curve. Now that it's served me so well... so well that i've already taped the rubber flap where the play button is because of serving me well I wanted to retire my curve finally and replace it with the best BB phone out there in the world!! I work for a telecommunications store in Australia, and am the only one out of twenty staff that will push the BlackBerry over the droids and apples. I'm also the only one at store level that still use blackberry, so it would be nice have what would probably be one of the only Porche BB's in the Southern Hemisphere.

I want that phone just cause it would be awesome! oh, and it would make my boss crazy!

If I win the BlackBerry 9981, I will have officially owned and been addicted to every single blackberry ever produced! With the exception of the jewel encrusted 9900 as sold by Harrod's in the UK. The 9981 is the perfect device for me and likely the closest I'll ever come to owing a Porsche!

Hmmm Why do i want a porche design blackberry.... Well, I have a old beat down 2g Blackberry Curve 8350 phone.... with 9 months remaining on my contract before I can get an upgraded phone. Bought a bold 9700 off of Kijiji and after a week, got the white screen of death. Tried the electrical tape on the screen ribbon trick, which worked for about a day... Now its a paperweight.

My curve works... but its sooooo slow.

I work in sales and I would love to have one of these to drum up interest and get customers engaged.

Plus, I think it looks COOL.

I would love to win the P'9981 as I am a design student and love the mechanical, sleek, simple lines Porsche use in their products (they're what apple products hope to look like someday) my housemates have recently committed sin and moved over to the dark side and all got iPhones. If I won the P'9981 I would be able to show them the error of their ways and get then to repent for their sins and hopefully bring them back to the side of reason.
