December is here which means it's time for yet another amazing CrackBerry Santa contest. Last year we also gave away an IOU for a BB10 phone, thinking they would become available in 2012. Mrs. Claus isn't too happy that the winner from last year's CB Santa contest is still waiting for their prize, but at least this year we know the winner will get their phone soon into the new year, with the BlackBerry 10 launch event happening on January 30th, 2013.

The Prize: The winner of this contest will receive their choice of BlackBerry 10 phone - either the L-Series full touchscreen version which will come to market first, or the N-Series qwerty version that will hit the market second. And of course, we're CrackBerry... so we'll come up with a bunch of great stocking stuffer prizes for a few other lucky winners.

As a BB QWERTY phone loyalist, I'd gladly accept a BB10 N-Series device, as long as I knew that it was made with PREMIUM, TOP-QUALITY materials, as BB, much like Apple is known to do. As long as I know that it is aesthetically pleasing, and that the OS experience reflects that as well, I'd proudly carry that device with me, knowing it's everything I want in my phone, and more. BB for the longest time has represented CLASS, SOPHISTICATION, INNOVATION and RELIABILITY with their products. If you can prove to me, as one of your CORE users that you can deliver that type of device to me, even if I don't win one, though I'd love to, I'd still go out and will be one of the first ones in line. So come on, RIM, and bring it.

I think in 2013, BB10 is going to eat WinPhone for breakfast. Look at the list:
- Exchange integration - great
- BIS support across essentially all carriers - perfect
- Live tiles, as good or better than winphone - check
- *Super* easy porting of Android apps
- massive pent-up demand
- Brand new OS, built from the ground up as an embedded OS, not cobbled down from a desktop/server OS

I believe I deserve to win this phone from Crackberry because of the negative effect browsing your site daily has on my marriage. My wife comments that its Groundhog Day every day as whenever she glances at the screen of my pc or my playbook it is usually on Crackberry. I am afraid she will divorce me because she thinks I love my Blackberry more than I love her. Lol.

Apple just plain sucks
Android is too much like a toy
Windows .. who wants a phone that could end up crashing like a computer
