I had a Pearl I went through eventual trials and tribulations then it accidentally fell in the toilet. So I went and got myself the 9800 a much better phone once you activate the memory cleaning [& using the occasional LGLG] Then the PlayBook came out and I took the leap. Not like the leap was all that big as it was $200 and I've come to terms with what it can and cannot do. But for portability & sound nothing beats it! Now comes the L-Series. Times are tough. I doubt I'll be able to afford this next step. The step that for most that use this forum have been waiting for: A DECENT BROWSER. To be able to hold in my hands a BlackBerry phone with a proper browser would be like Christmas, New Years, & My Birthday all in one! Please help me into the future that is BB10.

I have never owned a Blackberry - I won an iphone5 in a contest and hate its reliance on itunes, I own an Android and cannot get any software support except from people who make me feel stupid, and both phones are super inefficient on my not even close to unlimited data plan.

Hi to all!! I want to tell u all a story.
In 2010 I went to America on work. I earn some money and I wanted to get my self a nice smartphone. I wanted a Blackberry. At the time I was not very in to smartphones so I did not know what kind of blackberry to get, bold or curve and so on. I had a friend who at the time had an old iphone 3g and offered to sell it to me for like $60. It was a pretty good deal so a bought it.
Next summer I went to America again. This time I got the new at the time Bold 9900. I was pretty excited . I simply feel in love whit the design, the keyboard, the OS, chating on bbm ,receiving anf sending emails and all of it features. I was proud owner of an blackberry device. I didn't call it phone or smartphone I called to it a Blackberry device.
This summer I broke my blackberry. I damaged the sim socket so now I cant use any sim card. Happened something similar like Kevin did in one of the crackberry's videos, when he damaged his bold 9900. I was devastated. (First of all I got my phone from amazon and I have payed the full price for the unlocked version, something like $700. I was not american eventually I would go back home and use it on some other provides) I was pretty close to crying. Even tho my bold was damaged I use it like a small tablet device over wi-fi. Checking facebook and twitter, sending and receiving emails, watching youtube videos and so on.
I trued fixing my Bold in the US but it was pretty expensive so I decided to fix my bold 9900 when I was going back home. Now my blackberry is fixed and I use it all the time and u have no idea how happy that makes me. What makes me even more happy is RIM's progress. I watched every video on the web for the new blackberry 10 devices and let me tell you, after using almost all of the major smartphones platforms (bbos, ios, android) you have no idea how bad I would like an blackberry 10 device. I thing that the new bbos its going to blow peoples mind!! Im pretty excited and cant wait for it. Sorry for the long comment :) I had to do it!!!

Been on team BlackBerry ever since i got rid of my Galaxy S phone over a year and a half ago, got a 9780 - i use my phone for work constantly and i loved the typing experience, so much better than trying to use Swype all of the time. Just upgraded to the 9900 and this is honestly the best keyboard i have ever used; being on-call and having to type emails from my phone regularly is barely a challenge at all now! and now that the BlackBerry OS finally had some kickass hardware behind it, it runs buttery smooth - i can only imagine how sweet BB10 is going to be, would love to have an N series BlackBerry 10 phone to try the new os and keyboard, but would also rub it in my friend's faces who stayed with android / apple!

I had Blackberry Bold 2 for 3 years.. But this year i have changed it to Samsung Galaxy S3. Its an amazing phone but believe me i really miss my BBM.
