To ask a great big favour, I'm guessing you have a clue.
That this Christmas, please, I can think of no better gift,
Than a brand new BB10, which is at the very top of my list.

I do not wish for money, nor a pretty new party dress,
Just a brand new BB10, I could not want anything less.
My iPhone 4 rubbish, and I never should have changed,
"The iOS is better" all the greedy salesmen claimed.

2012 has been rough, with work and romantic blues,
I've also been terribly sick, turning all types of greenish hues.
But this isn't a sob story, I just wish for some luck,
To win an BB10, cause my iPhone sure does suck.

I will be the first to admit, I haven't always been good,
I have not always behaved myself, like I probably should.
I may not be at the top, of Mr Clause's nice list,
Like the time I meant to be DD, and instead came home quite pissed.

My piece of shit iPhone 4, who's contract has so long to go,
dies on me every second day, and never lets me know,
when I have a new message, or time it's to go to work.
Instead it just stays silent, I swear the phone's a jerk.

I often dream of the days, back when I was happy,
I had a beautiful BlackBerry, never was it crappy.
It was a dream to use, and always beeped on time,
I wish I never upgraded, I wish it still was mine.

Here I am left struggling, with an iPhone that won't work right,
I miss my beloved BlackBerry, and it would be a great delight,
To wake up Christmas morning, with a brand new BB10,
My iPhone will be binned, I'll never leave BlackBerry ever again.

I haven't bought a blackberry since the 9800 hit the market. The torch has been everything with extended battery life. The bold 5 and bold 6 haven't matched up. Only hope the 10 would bring more to bb. If so, I would love to have one, cos this phone needs a upgrade.

Don't know what to comment on this post so I'm just gonna say how much I love RIM for giving us the smartphones we all know as 'BlackBerry'.

About two years ago I had an iPhone (and I'm not going to lie) I thought is was the worlds best phone and used to look down to BlackBerry users and in January 2011 my Aunt sadly past away (RIP Aunty Margret) and at the reception I got together with all my family and friends with all their BlackBerry's exchanging each others PIN for BlackBerry Messenger so everyone can stay in touch with each other with lost relatives and friends so later that month on the 29th of January 2011 I bought myself a BlackBerry (a 8520 to be in fact) so I too can stay in touch with friends and family, and boy was I shocked what BlackBerry can do for me and help me through my day to day activities from the BlackBerry Messenger to the smooth emailing client. Yes I could use email on my iPhone but the email client on my Blackberry was more easier, more fluid as well as smooth and more effective the way I could set up multiple emails as well as create a Blackberry email and keep them separate and easily could see all messages in the 'Messages' application which has all of your messaging notifications for example email, social networking feed and BlackBerry Messenger conversations. Another thing I like about the Blackberry is the calender which I find much more organised then any other phone I have had to date. also the BlackBerry's battery life was superb to me I could easily get a day (maybe more) usage out of it and to be fair I am a heavy user, my old iPhone however was absolutely dreadful I averaged six.. you heard right SIX hours usage! To cut things sort before I write a story. I am so proud of my decision to swap my iPhone to a BlackBerry and for as long as BlackBerry lives I forever will be a BlackBerry user and proud to be!

Just to add about the new coming BlackBerry 10 devices I am very excited for this to arrive as all of the existing and new BlackBerry users (and those to come) even though all of us have been waiting a long time for this and had to keep our motivation to a maximum but its safe to say and I'm saying this on behalf of all of us... these last couple of months where we have had sneak previews of its capabilities and its 'leaks' it has made us act like children in a candy store "We want it, we want it now!" definitely will be pre-ordering this as soon as!

I do hope this can revive RIM so they and us can be Blackberry active forever. I know I have a slim chance on winning this competition and hope whoever wins this prize they will worship the device as a lot on blood sweat and tears have gone into making this magnificent device. I might not win this but I'm glad to tell people my story and how excited I am for BlackBerry 10!
