A little something for all you Doctor Who fans out there. If you're using a BlackBerry 10 device, you can now download the totally awesome Gallifreyan translator app, which takes English input and translates it to circular Gallifreyan. After being translated, you can then share the converted text with others or save the translation as an image to your device.

Overall, the app is pretty much a novelty due to the fact the Gallifreyan language isn't real but that doesn't matter. The app is fun and if you know some fellow Whovians, they'll totally dig the app as well. Gallifreyan Translator is available in BlackBerry World right now for all BlackBerry 10 devices and best of all? it's available as a free download.

This was the basis for the app, with a few bug fixes and upgrades.

I figured as much, given it's pretty much identical. Thanks for bringing it to BlackBerry.

I had to wrestle my Z10 From my Whovian son's hands. He's really hoping for a Z now.

I thought Whovians were the aliens that Riley Martin refers to from the Howard Stern/Sirius.

Nice. Found issues already. Hah. That is a problem.

It's difficult to fix when you don't describe what the issue is.

True. Very true. Expect email clarifying :).

Don't see the point of this. Why would you install this?

It gives a different result for the same word or phrase. Is that how it us supposed to work?

Some letters have partly random components to them that will make them look slightly different every time you use them.
