Wheres My Phone

We have posted on Wheres My Phone in the past and it has just been updated to version 3, adding some nice enhancements.  The application is used to send remote commands to your BlackBerry for such tasks as triggering an audible alarm, battery level check, and GPS location request.  New features in this build include remote contacts download, SMS integration, and remote disabling of the device. The other nice thing about this app is that you pay a one time fee, no monthly or annual service fees. You can pick up Where's My Phone in the CrackBerry App Store for $3.99 for all devices on OS 4.2.1 and up.

Contest: We have 100 copies of Wheres My Phone to give away. Just leave a comment on this post to enter. Contest ends this Sunday at Midnight PST. Please only leave one comment, multiple entries wont count.

Wheres My Phone Updated to Version 3 - 100 Copies to be Won!

My phone was just stolen so i had to upgrade to the bold, poor me. i could have used this two days ago.......

What a great app! Almost as good as being able to whistle and have the phone come to you!

In for one please!

How well does this app work? It would be nice if there were a free trial so I could try it out and if i liked it I'd get it.

Haha, who loses their car, now if it could tell you where someone took your car... but if its free, I'll play w/ it!

this sounds more promising than smrtgaurd. i was have so many issues with smrtgaurd telling me my phone was a mile or two down the road from where i actually was... ugh. i hope i can get to try this for free...

Love the site and just want to wish you guys on the crackberry team a good future ahead of you! And pick meeeeee!

i have kids and my 2 year old thinks nothing is funnier than taking my phone and loosing it. Please oh Please pick me. for the safety of my phone

I'm not sure how most folks use their phone, I've seen some pretty loose accountability, and this program would certainly do them some justice.

For me, it would be a safe guard against intentional theft rather than a case of "Where did I lay my phone down at?"

The money to buy is not a problem, but it sure would be nice to win something for a change. :-)

New to BB - this looks just awesome - I hope I am one of the lucky ones to win this app.

Good luck to everyone -

Have a great day!!!

We were shopping at the mall and on the way home, my wife wanted to send a text to a friend. She couldn't find her BB. We tried calling her phone to listen for it (but she always has it on vibrate) - no luck. After having to drive back to the mall to search for my wife's "lost" phone, only to find it in the bottom of a shopping bag later, we really could have used this app.

So what I'm saying is . . . pick me - please? For my sanity.

My Blackberry is alyays within an arms reach. When I do not have it I feel naked, no one needs to see that!
I would like to try your great app. ~ : ) RickForWreaths

What a great device for some of "older" Blackberry users who may somewhat "forgetful!" as to where we sit things down. I don't know how many times I have misplaced cell phones. Ha ha! I would love to have something like this!

Where's My Phone sounds like a valuable application. Please accept my plea for one of the give-aways. Thanks.

What a great application for those of us advancing in our years this is a hands down MUST have for me. Most of the time I cant remember where I am let alone my darn phone. Can you help me find myself....and my phone? I would like a chance to win this needed application!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

...are just that, curious. My one year old loves to jack my phone and hide it... Just to see how long it takes me to find it. Would love to get my hands on this app and say "boo-ya!" to my little devil....does that sound mean?

I once left my phone outside the Sears Tower after Lallapalooza and it ended up way up in Northern Wisconsin. I'm so glad we still have some honest good natured people out there. The phone was sent back to me but they had a tough time finding my info in it. So they sent emails to my accounts. Would have been nice to have been able to just display the owners info. Lol. Maybe I'll win this!

would love to give this app a try! Hate when I can't find my phone, and i left it on vibrate. Hopefully this will solve that little problem.

So I was in this cab once... and you know how that one ends. I need this so I can track where my phone at :-D
