I'm a big law breaker when it comes to the hands free so I could use one of these for my 9900.

I cannot stand the ear pieces, and do not want to get a ticket either. So, I ventured out and got a Jabra Cruiser and I love it. It also connects to the car stereo and plays music. I can connect up to two devices so I have my Playbook and my 9810 connected all the time. It works great when I use the BB Traffic turn-by-turn voice direction and playing music at the same time.

The only problem I find with FM tuning is that when you go from county to county you may have to play with it a bit to find an open FM station to use which can be very frustrating at times.

I would love to try this one for my other car though.

I had one of these. Paid 100 bucks for it. I gave it to a friend that got a BB Torch 9810 (came from iPhone) so she could talk during her long commute. Would love to have one again.

Truth be told, I despise BlueTooth headsets. I really don't like stuff in my ear, over my ear, etc. So- yes, I text and call while driving. Plus I will plug my BB into my stereo via casette adapter (what, I'm old school) fumbling around. This would make one much safer driver on the road. :)

Here in New York, we have the "slow down and pull over" law and the cellphone police everywhere. I can get a ticket for texting and driving and risk my life behind an idiot that comes to a full stop on the thruway because he/she sees police lights flashing; but i can't get a ticket for looking as though I am talking to my invisible passenger!
