If you missed our recent announcement post where we informed you that Let's Golf 3 is now available for BlackBerry 10 now is your opportunity to see the game in action. I've played both the original Let's Golf and Let's Golf 2 on other operating systems and have always been a big fan - so now we have the latest edition on BlackBerry 10 it truly is a sign that the game developers are behind BlackBerry and value it as an OS.

Once you play the game for the first time you will be given a tutorial which certainly comes in handy if you have not played previous versions. Load times for the different fairways can take a bit longer than I was hoping for, but it is worth it as the gameplay is amazing.

Graphics wise Let's Golf 3 rocks, plus the sound effect and music are just as good. And the best news is that the game is totally free to download so if you have picked up a BlackBerry Z10 you have no excuse not to give this one a try. In fact, I think it may well be one of the best games available for us now and I'm sure it will rocket to the top of the charts in BlackBerry World.

If you like what you see in the above video go and download it. Trust me - this one is awesome!

downlaoded it ... kinda felt fiffy about how much it minimizes the game due to gestures and being wide screen might need some more time before i get comfy with it

I do not like the navigation controls. turning left and right is clunky and changing clubs sucks. otherwise not a bad game, but i think i will stick with lets golf 2

Pretty sparse review for something supposedly :"hands-on". I've never played the game and this review told me nothing I didn't already know.

I am enjoying it a lot. Takes a bit of getting used to. Club selection is a bit hit and miss

I downloaded this game last week. loved it, up until the part where it wanted money to continue. is this a progressive pay-to-play game? I have no issues paying for a game, just hate to pay every 9 holes?!

Check the forums if you want more complete reviews. The main issue with the game, besides feeling like it's not optimized for BlackBerry, is the energy. You end up with 5 energy, one to spend on each game, then have to wait for it to regenerate one energy per hour. Decent for casual gaming, but you'll have to pay to play more than 5 games an hour.

SO DAMN ADDICTING...

Sucks only 5 holes to play per hour (or less if you are bad)..still, super fun!

like these games a lot... played #2 on playbook a lot... was pumped to try #3. I know the game is free upfront, and i don't mind in-app purchases, but having to buy energy to keep playing just pisses me off. I mean just charge when I get the app, don't charge me for time in-game.. maybe charge for special golf clubs or something, but not time to play.

Perfect for me. I never play more than a couple of holes at a time so totally free for me :D
