vPost 2.0

The folks at Vayyoo contacted me earlier this week to let the CrackBerry Nation know that their popular media sharing app vPost has been updated to version 2.0 which includes some serious improvements...

Vayyoo has just released an even more dynamic vPost client for bundling, geo-tagging, and emailing multimedia. This version works incredibly on the Storm; something that few BB apps can say. The whole UI theme has been polished to be super sexy. The attachment limit has been increased to 15 which is great if you want to send a whole batch of pictures or media in seconds. If you click on pictures in the media ring there is an enhanced preview mode. It's faster to load, it's smaller in size than before (~480kb). The settings menu has more options and the 1500kb total size limit has been made configurable. You can also add multiple emails to the favourite widget by placing comma's between addresses in the settings menu. GPS can now be disabled & enabled by clicking on the GPS indicator. With vPost the user is in control of their media and location vs. being tracked.

Now that's what I call an update! If you're not familiar with vPost, be sure to check out our original post which aired back in early march. vPost is available in App World or in the CrackBerry App Store for $9.99 and a 14-day free trial is available.

Contest: We have ten free copies to give away. Just be logged into CrackBerry.com and leave a comment to this blog post and you're entered to win. Contest ends Sunday at Midnight PST. Good luck!
