You can now bag yourself a BlackBerry on Pay as you go on the Vodafone UK network. What’s more from now until June 30th, 2011 you can enjoy the BIS Service free. After June 30th next year it will cost you £5 per month to continue the service. This would be deducted every 30 days until you opt out.

So what BlackBerry devices can you get?

  • BlackBerry Curve 8520 in violet or black - £160
  • BlackBerry Pearl 9105 in pink or black - £230
  • BlackBerry Curve 9300 in black or red - £230
If you already own a BlackBerry, then you can just get a pay as you go simcard and activate the BIS service. Remember the service is free until June 30 2011.

I gave my old Storm to my colleague today after I got my new Torch. He is on pay as you go with Vodacom SA and only pays R59(around 9$) a month to enjoy all the BB's love and free internet. It actually saves me money too cause I PIN him for free... :)
