Out of over 43,00 verified nominations, our pals at Viigo were nominated as one of the top ten finalists in the Mobile Application category of Mashable's 2nd Annual Open Web Awards.

If you're one of the thousands of BlackBerry Addicts running our much-loved CrackBerry Viigo application, take a moment and cast a vote their way.

Voting can be done via the widget at the left. Simply select Mobile Applications from the drop down, pick your winner, enter your email address and submit! You can vote for one company per day in each category until midnight on December 3rd.

I'd love to vote for them, but I cant find them.

EDIT: Nvm, I found the mobile app category... user error.

The only thing that kept him sane was his BLACKBERRY. KEVIN HAS TO POST THIS VIDEO UP. HE HAS TO. THIS MAN WAS LOCKED IN HIS HOTEL ROOM AFTER TERRORISTS ATTACKED IN MUMBAI.

British businessman Mark Abell managed to escape from the Oberoi Trident Hotel.

He had barricaded himself inside his room when the militants stormed the building on Wednesday.

Mr Abell said the Indian hotel staff and the security forces had been "fantastic".
