While most carriers in Canada have already gone ahead and launched the BlackBerry Bold 9900 there are still a few exceptions out there. One that can be taken off that list though is Videotron. If you're in the Quebec area and not really feeling any of the big three -- Videotron will gladly serve you up a BlackBerry Bold for $599.95 with no contract or a reasonable $190 with a contract.
Awesome! They have nice plans for student too. Good reason to get a contract with them now

Probably they forgot to add (1) Only when using Blackberry Bridge® on a Blackberry Playbook® device =P
4G connectivity on their 3.5G network XD
