It was only earlier this week that we introduced ViSS (Video Shrink and Share) for BlackBerry 10 and already the app has received quite a major update, bringing it up to version 1.0.1.2. This update delivers two main things to the table - more features and some serious bug fixing.
With the original release, once you had compressed videos that exceeded the 16MB sharing limit you would then have the option to send to buddies via BBM or Whatsapp. As you'll see below there's now three new options and fear not as there are more to come. Just the other day the developers, S4BB, got in touch with me and asked for my opinion on which other apps I would like to see included. So, another update will be coming soon and there should be even more sharing options - watch out you social media lovers!
New in this latest update:
- Added sharing support for YouTube, Email and WeChat (Android app).
- Fixed major bug that prevented larger files from being processed.
- Added Pro upgrade price preview.
- Several other minor bug fixes.
