Verizon Selling a Touchscreen Curve?!

Thanks to Will for sending this in. We'll call it CrackBerry Humor and chalk it up to an innocent oversight, but it is PRETTY FUNNY and kind of a silly/bad mistake for such a big company to make for such a long-awaited and in-demand device. I hope there's no new 8330 owners out there disappointed when they discover their Curve doesn't have a touchscreen.

If you head over to Verizon's website or click the image above, you'll see that in Verizon's teaser of the 8330Curve they have stated it includes "A sleek, responsive touchscreen with a Full QWERTY keyboard". Sweet...LOL.. if only it were true. :-)

They also state it is on their 3G network. The Curve does not use 3G does it?

it says that its v-cast capable as well. vzw's gone screwed this ad up big time.

Yep, i have tested, i have this same model and having 3G in it. Also i got few application to read questions and answers. It is really interesting.

Check out the full specs on the Pearl (http://estore.vzwshop.com/pearl/?o=rhdd&finder=rhdd.xml) and note it's "Unique 2-way Hinged Form Factor". I'm thinking they did a cut and paste from the Alias. Way to go VzW!!!

Does anybody else think that sounds like the same speech given for the LG Voyager? Verizon really needs to check over their work.
