Have you picked up a new BlackBerry Priv but can't get Box to log in? You're not alone. As many folks have reported in the CrackBerry Forums and on the Box support forums, logging into Box while using a Priv produces an error message and will not allow you to fully access your files.
Sure, it's a bit of a bummer but here's the good news. Box is already aware of the issue and is working on a fix for the app. Although there's no ETA as of yet for when it will be released, it's not likely to take too long. We'll let you all know when you see the update and confirm it does indeed fix the problem for Priv owners. For now, though, Box has removed the Priv from being a compatible device, preventing others from downloading it and getting the error. This is that quick support for apps I mentioned.
