Twitter for BlackBerry v3.1.0.20 now available for download in BlackBerry App World

The Twitter for BlackBerry Gold Candidate (version 3.1.0.17) was previously available for download in the BlackBerry Beta Zone but RIM has now moved beyond that and released v3.1.0.20 into BlackBerry App World. Some of the changes and fixes do carry over from the previous version as noted below:

Updated Twitter Bird
Undo Retweet
New tweet details screen
Sharing Tweets over email fails to keep links shortened
Reply Hotkey not working and menu item missing on the Tweet Details screen if the Tweet is Retweeted by you
When replying to a Tweet with a location, location call out pops up over top of the text in the Tweet
Main account was deleted/logged out from app after experiencing network issues
Spell check dialog appears as well as the suggested usernames in Sign Up screen

You can grab it now from BlackBerry App World or direct from the BlackBerry mobile site. If you're not seeing it as of yet, refresh app world or just wait a little bit longer as it's still filtering through the system.

Mine shows the update available in the updates list but when it takes me to the Twitter for Blackberry app listing the version is 3.0.0.24 and the only option is 'delete' - shows as already installed.

Checking for updates from within the app shows no updates available.

I went to My World in App World, went to Upgrades and did a refresh list. The upgrade appeared, when I clicked on twitter as you mentioned only the "delete" option appears. But then I went back to the list of Upgrades and used the Upgrade All option and it worked for me. I hope this helps!

mine is still listed as 3.1.0.17 from mobile beta site but it is showing up and installing now from app world as 3.1.0.20

Downloaded first time from app world. It looks as though we haven't got the map / location of people anymore. :(

Okay guys same thing was happening to me on my Tmobile 9900 what I had to do to fix the issue was go to "my world" and refresh my list (had to do it twice) before it finally showed up...
Other then that I have yet to see any major changes(actually it seems faster).

Yeah I deleted it, gonna redownload -- if it doesn't work again then I'll downgrade to Beta if I can
