But I think it is better than putting out a whole bunch of episodes just to sell a show and this way let the story suffer...

So do I. I think it's one of the best TV shows ever, but I have to say I did feel disappointed that they made the character use an iPhone. Personally, I don't really understand why - unless it's product placement & Apple just paid more - as when the show started iPhones were already hugely popular whereas BlackBerry was already heading down quite fast. But I guess such is life - always full of mysteries & surprises.
