Like awesome music? Me too! Hate hanging out with thousands of sweaty people? Me too! Coachella kicks off this weekend and while many will gather for the events in the heat, you can tune in right from your BlackBerry PlayBook or BlackBerry Z10. The events are going to be streamed live for all via YouTube so, go ahead and grab your HDMI cables, connect them to your BlackBerry device and kick back and take it all in from the comfort of your couch.
Things get fired up on Friday, April 12th at 3:30PM PDT with Stars and Jake Bugg while Teean and Sara and How to Destroy Angels will keep things rocking into the morning hours. On Saturday, acts for the event will include Baauer, Dropkick Murphys, Ben Howard, Puscifer, Violent Femmes, the Descendants, Janelle Monae, Phoenix, Moby and New Order. And finally, on Sunday there's The Gaslight Anthem, Social Distortion, Vampire Weekend, Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, Dinosaur Jr., the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Dead Can Dance.
You dig? If so, head on over to the Coachella YouTube channel for more information. No word yet if Tupac will be back.
