Football (soccer) games are nothing new to BlackBerry 10 - however, Tricky Shot is a little different and as well as it being a really good game it's free to download!

Originally on the Android platform, Tricky Shot is all about hitting different targets with the football. The way this is done is by tapping the ball to make it bounce and then using a flicking movement on the touch screen to shoot the ball in the direction you want. As you will see in the video - the targets vary and get harder as you progress. Level one starts you off nice and easy with just a goal mouth to get the ball into. But then you move onto items such as tyres, hanging T-shirts and even chipping the ball into a shopping cart.

It isn't as easy as it sounds, but it is a shed load of fun and even better when it's free. At the time of publication it looks like it is just the BlackBerry Z30 and Z10 that are supported. Fingers crossed the dev adds some more devices to the list as I would love this on my Q10 which I now use as my main communication device.

Give it a go and let us know what you think?

Haven't heard the expression " a whole shed load of fun" before. That's pretty much what I pulled away from that.

Thanks for the tip James! This is a fun game. It's funny how I can't make a chip shot directly into the shopping carts, but I can bounce shots off the back wall of the garage and into the carts. That should get me extra points! ;-)
