In addition to carriers in the UK announcing availability dates, Three UK has opened up their device preorder registration. As of now, they've not announced any pricing or definitive release dates but it as many other carriers in the UK are rolling out as of January 31st, it's fair to say Three UK will be around the same timeframe:

Three UK now selling the BlackBerry Z10

EU blocks Three bid to takeover O2
The EU has blocked the CK Hutchison - owner of Three UK - bid to take over Telefonica's O2 operations in the UK due to concerns that the merger would limit customer choice and increase prices.
Verizon begins OS 10.3.2.858 rollout

Three UK owner to buy O2 for £10.25 billion
Three UK owner Hutchison Whampoa has agreed to purchase O2 UK from Telefónica for £10.25 billion. Talks between Hutchison Whampoa and Telefonica began in January of this year.
