I can think of several uses for this at work, when temps in a patient's room could be an issue.

Not sure how the software works - but would love to have it to try it out at the office. Have a thermometer on my desk since the building temp fluctuates so often. Would be great to have the ability to measure the ambient temperature when in converence rooms to highlight which rooms to book and which to stay away from at all costs. ;D

This is what I love to see the forward movement of Blackberries. It is about time someone showed everyone who the real smart phone boss is around here! Blackberry's will never die they are just to good of a phone and now a app that will tell you the temp whatever your surroundings are that is just outstanding. Long live the Blackberry's and everyone that has stayed loyal and true to them. Can't wait for OS 6.0 to come out for the Bold 9700 that is going to be like the best Birthday Present ever!
