ThermoBMeter

There are endless apps that show the weather on your BlackBerry, but how about the room temperature? With ThermoBMeter, your device will measure the current room temperature and display it as an icon on your device. A simple concept (and not something every BlackBerry user will need) this app has some great features. You can view the temperature as an icon and/or app title as well as view in Kelvin, Fahrenheit or Celsius. The app currently sells for $0.99 in the CrackBerry App Store, but we have 75 copies to give away. Just leave a single comment on this post to enter. Contest ends this Sunday at midnight PDT.

She is always cold and I am always hot. This could give us an official answer on room temp...I have a feeling she will still be right...

This is a new use for my Berry. I didn't even know there was a thermometer on these things. I deffinitely want to try it!

Please i would LOVE a copy...My office is so cold and I really would like to kow exactly how cold it is.

Great ideal! I often need this information in different rooms within my house. How long does it take to establish the room temp?

How does my BB know how hot it is in my pocket? Even if it isn't magic, I would rock this app!
One please!

this would help me convince the wife that the house is plenty warm during the cold weather.

Wow how dumb is everyone that posted for this contest. Unless this app also comes with a free digital thermometer there is no way this app can actually read the temperture in a room. Have fun with your worthless app.

PS I hope this is some late april fools prank

i always tell people its too cool in my cubicle compared to others... now i'll be able to prove it!
very neat, count me in!

Because I really doubt its accuracy. Regardless, I use my BB a lot during labs and having the room temperature for an experiment handy would be very useful.

Sounds good to me since I work in a temperature controlled environment, would be sweet to check it on my BB then having to squint the small numbers. Hahaha Pick me please!

It reads the same temp as MeterBerry does. Must use the same internal sensor. About 10 degrees Farenheit above room temp.

I am very intrigued about this app. I would love to have something to see what my actual room temperature is, and am curious how accurate this ends up being!

Not only would I like this app, I'd like to know how this works. I'm assuming that blackberry's have internal thermometers no, to regulate temp and prevent overheating, but I never knew it. Is that so?

PLEEEASE! I just bought a new house that has no thermometers. I could really use this app right now. So, I say again... PLEEEASE! =)

HELP, I need to know how damn FRIGID it is in here, will it work on my wife? Just kidding, honey! Yes it would be great to win a copy!!!

would love this app. i think our apt. complex is trying to rip me off anyway! i always have to take the cover off our control unit to make sure it is reading the correct temp. and the a/c not being on when it is not suppose to be! Please, please let me get a copy of this one! thanks CB

I would love to win a copy of this "hot" new "cool" app. Sorry, I couldn't resist the temperature related descriptors.

im not even joking, yesterday i said i wish there were an app that gave you the inside temperature. great! i'd like this!

This would be wonderful to have. I work in a large medical center and the temperature is always fluctuating from room to room, from ward to ward. I am always fighting to get the temp increased or decreased, with this I would have something to prove my case.

Pick me please

I need this so badly! My thermostat in my apartment never works, and I never know what the temperature really is! PLEASE PICK ME!!!
