The BlackBerry Z10 is trotting its way around the globe and now looks to be available in France. It started popping up at some retailers online a few days ago, but from the looks of things is now officially available on various carriers. Orange and Sosh are showing the device as in stock on their web sites with a handful of others offering it up for preorder. So if you're in France you should be able to pick one up soon if you haven't already. If you do be sure to let us know!

We have seen various emergency services using the BlackBerry solution over the years. We've covered a selection of police forces and health organisations and now it is time for the fire service to show off how they are utilizing BlackBerry as well. RIM UK has uploaded a video to their YouTube channel detailing how a fire department in Northern France have been getting on with the BlackBerry solution.

BlackBerry Torch now speaks French too

It is official: Europe can not get enough of the BlackBerry Torch. This time, it is the French getting to enjoy the love. Available on both SFR and Orange starting from 179€, it is the first official BlackBerry 6 rocking device to hit the French market. Should you be a Bouygues Telecom customer, hold tight, as the BlackBerry Torch is expected to arrive in early November.

In case you are in the middle of your current contract, but want to taste the latest and greatest BlackBerry flavor of all time, good news. SFR offers the BlackBerry Torch for 559€ without contract, which admittedly is quite a lot, but not as expensive as the iPhone 4 ;-)
